What a nightmare!
I got bed bugs from ordering clothing online. I saw a bug fall out of the packaging. Not thinking it was a bed bug, I threw it away. Next day, bites all over. I immediately started cleaning and looked up bed bugs. That’s when I looked for an exterminator. High Country came up in my search, so I called. They set up an appointment within two days. James 2 came out and did a thorough job and answered a lot of questions. The bites slowed, so when James 1 came on the second visit, he didn’t find very many. Finally, no bites by visit three. What a nightmare! James 1 was very helpful and asked me if I was coping. I was pretty freaked out and threw a lot of things away for fear of getting them back, but I’m now confident all's well. These guys make everything super easy. They are also extremely effective while still staying reasonable in pricing. I will and have highly recommended them to anyone with pest issues. I greatly enjoy working with people that love their job. James loves his job and loves making sure that everything is right. He is patient with my questions and he knows the answers! I am so confident that he is doing what he says he is because our bugs are so very minimal! If my kids would shut doors, we probably wouldn't have any bugs! I have not seen a mouse in my house since James started coming. He also goes above and beyond! We have water in our crawlspace that we didn't know about. He shut the water off before coming to us to limit the damage. I am so impressed with this man and this company. Noah was also very helpful between services when my husband saw a bug that he was concerned were ticks. Noah looked at pictures and talked with me on the phone to educate me on what we were dealing with and, thank God... no big deal at all! High Country is the BEST!

My appointment was cancelled with my first tech in the last 15 minutes of my 1-hour appointment window (8–9) after they texted me and said they would be pushing 9. Then I was told they would try to fit me in. HCPC understood my frustration as the cancellation should have never happened and had Kieran come out that afternoon.
Kieran was wonderful. Thoughtful, on time, and thorough. I hope I get him as a tech again. He is one of the better techs that have serviced my property and I am on a bimonthly schedule.
